Grants Management Officer

The Grants Management Officer, reporting directly to the CEO, is responsible for coordinating and implementing the full suite of grants to organizations built to support 2SLGBTQI+ businesses and to champion 2SLGBTQI+ causes. The role manages all stages of the granting lifecycle from initial proposal review to compliance assessments of approved projects of recipients to evaluate whether the grants help achieve proposed outcomes.

Grants Coordinator (Research)

The Grants Coordinator (Research), reporting to the Grants Management Officer, is responsible for planning, organizing and monitoring the grants to organizations focused on knowledge, research and data collection, with a goal to improve the quantity and quality of data on 2SLGBTQI+ entrepreneurship and business ownership.  Emphasis will be on addressing key gaps in available data, exploring regional and sectoral differences in the 2SLGBTQI+ community, and diversity within the 2SLGBTQI+ community.

The role oversees all stages of the granting lifecycle from initial proposal review to confirming milestones to compliance assessments of approved projects of recipients, ensuring compliance to program and fiscal requirements.

The Grants Coordinator (Quebec & Atlantic Canada), reporting to the Grants Management Officer, is responsible for planning, organizing and monitoring the grants to organizations built to support 2SLGBTQI+ businesses and to champion 2SLGBTQI+ causes, in their assigned area. The role oversees all stages of the granting lifecycle from initial proposal review to confirming milestones to compliance assessments of approved projects of recipients in their assigned area, ensuring compliance to program and fiscal requirements.

The Grants Coordinator (Central & Northern Canada), reporting to the Grants Management Officer, is responsible for planning, organizing and monitoring the grants to organizations built to support 2SLGBTQI+ businesses and to champion 2SLGBTQI+ causes, in their assigned area. The role oversees all stages of the granting lifecycle from initial proposal review to confirming milestones to compliance assessments of approved projects of recipients in their assigned area, ensuring compliance to program and fiscal requirements.

The Grants Coordinator (Western & Northern Canada), reporting to the Grants Management Officer, is responsible for planning, organizing and monitoring the grants to organizations built to support 2SLGBTQI+ businesses and to champion 2SLGBTQI+ causes, in their assigned area. The role oversees all stages of the granting lifecycle from initial proposal review to confirming milestones to compliance assessments of approved projects of recipients in their assigned area, ensuring compliance to program and fiscal requirements.

Human Resources – Office Manager

The Human Resources-Office Manager is a dual-role involving the full spectrum human resources and office management responsibilities. The HR-Office Manager is responsible for providing day-to-day operations of Human Resources, ensuring the efficient delivery of pay and adjustments, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, HR policy implementation, recruitment and selection, employment law compliance and accuracy and maintenance of employee records. The Office Management component of the role ensures that all of the administrative activities are efficiently addressed including setting and enforcing CGLCC policies and procedures, file management, supply and equipment purchasing, and overseeing administrative activities.

Information Technology Generalist

The Information Technology Generalist manages all information technology activities in the organization, overseeing the management of applications, information security, development and maintenance of databases, and information technology software. The IT Generalist is responsible for the management, strategy and execution of CGLCC’s information technology infrastructure and operations to support the Chamber’s initiatives and programs.
