Aquila is a world-class tour operator located in Saint John, New Brunswick and has been in operation for over 40 years. Our success at providing shore excursions to the cruise lines that call on our home-port of Saint John led cruise executives to ask us to share our best practices with tour companies and destinations around the world, making us the leading destination training provider for the global cruise industry.

We offer training strategies based on experience operating tours in our own "living lab" for international destinations, tour companies, tour guides and front-line operators looking to improve visitor experience through service excellence. Our Center for Cruise Excellence has been training for over fifteen years. Our approach is simple: we assess the needs of a destination or organization, develop a strategic training plan to address those needs, and then deliver course content that raises the level of excellence throughout the team. Since 2007, Aquila has touched every continent around the world with our training.

We take more than 60,000 passengers on tour each year – giving them authentic Atlantic Canadian experiences designed to tap into their spirit of discovery! Our region has rich heritage landmarks from each of our founding cultures including the Wolastoqiyik peoples and French, English, American and Irish explorers and immigrants.
