To participate fully in the Trade Mission and NGLCC’s B2B matchmaking your organization needs to be a CGLCC Certified Diverse Supplier, if you are not certified you will still be able to attend the Trade Mission and Conference, however you may be ineligible for certain opportunities and events. The CGLCC Trade Mission to Vegas has been organized to coincide with NGLCC’s Business & Leadership Conference. This registration includes your access to NGLCC’s Business & Leadership Conference as well as full access to the Canadian delegation specific opportunities and perks.

CGLCC and the Canadian Government are arranging possible additional Trade Meetings in Los Angeles as a stop-over event after Las Vegas, before returning to Canada. These trade introductions and meetings would likely take place over one or two days, August 8th and 9th.

Cost

The cost to participate in the Trade Mission is $850 CDN Early Bird Registration by May 1st; $975 CND Regular Rate after May 1st, 2022.

Canadian Delegates with CGLCC will receive additional benefits such as access to B2B introductions (outside the conference), access to CanExport SME grant support to offset travel expenses (where eligible), inclusion in the Canadian delegation info packet and Canadian businesses booth, attendance to the Canadian hosted reception and to CGLCC hosted programming. We are also exploring additional trade meets in LA as a stop-over (after Vegas) before coming home to Canada. You must be registered with CGLCC to attend. Note that delegates are responsible for their own travel bookings and costs. Please visit nglcc.org/nglcc22 for special hotel rates. CGLCC is negotiating a discount with its partner airlines. Information will be shared as soon as possible. Contact Cass@cglcc.ca for more info.

Prices reflect per person rates. Registrations are audited to ensure registration type accuracy. CGLCC is supporting NGLCC conference registration refund policy: refunds are not guaranteed and are dependent upon NGLCC and associated vendor policies as applicable, any refund issued (if possible and if approved by CGLCC) will be in the amount paid minus a $75USD processing fee and any associated transaction costs. Otherwise, no refunds will be granted, all sales are final.

Note that there is the opportunity for companies to apply for funding under CanExport to offset travel costs. We STRONGLY encourage you to take advantage of this program as costs may be offset by up to 50%. For more information, contact Cass@cglcc.ca.
