Twisted Lemon is a multi award winning Destination restaurant experience and is a 100% inclusive envoronment for guests and staff. As an upscale dining establishment it prides itself on delivering the highest quality food and beverage service without ANY pretention. Twisted Lemon is located in Cayuga Ontario, the heart of Haldimand County and was established in 2009 by husband and wife team Dan and Laurie Megna.

The menu is diverse and creative. Chef Dan is classically French trained and is focused on bringing flavours from around the world but looked at through a local lense. Buy Local and Eat Global. All flavours are made from scratch including all stocks, sauces and soups, bread, pasta and icecream. Dishes range from Duck Confit Tacos, Steak and Seafood, a one of a kind Carbonara pasta and a unique take on Chicken and Waffles to more adventerious dishes such as Wild boar and Kangaroo. The menu is rotating based on seasionality and quality products from the local community and directly from the Twisted Lemon sustainable garden. Offering chef tables, cooking classes and 5 course blind chef menus alongside a core menu to crave.

Laurie is an award winning Mixologist in the southern Ontario and Hamilton area. Laurie has created her own trademarked line of Clarity Unruffled Cocktails that are shelf stable and sustainable. These cocktails are environmentally concious and are partnerd with McMaster Childrens Hospital and give back directly to the Youth Mental Heatlh Unit. Laurie manages the Twisted Lemon garden that supplies Chef Dan and the kitchen with organic produce and is only 30 steps away from the restaurant.

Twisted Lemon is adding Boutique Accomodations to the restaurant in the summer of 2022 and will have 3 seperate rooms to add to the experience. Bridal packages, cooking class and chef table packages will be added to the offerings in line with the overnight accomodations.
