Webinar: Building business, and fuelling the engine through crisis @ Webinar
Apr 8 @ 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm

There are 2 things that CEOs must focus on during a time of business interruption in the wake of the COVID-19 crisis. We know an economic contraction is coming and in the face of this crisis, how can companies THRIVE? In times like these, the easy path to take is to get caught up in the negative energy. Yes, things are tough right now, however, there will be companies that thrive despite the constraints. Constraints can be used to your advantage with the right vision, drive and system.

In this seminar, we will share a system that can be leveraged to make a quantum leap. The fuel for your business are people in companies who have problems that need solutions. The issue for you is that most of these people do not know that you exist. This is the problem that you face. In this seminar, we will share with you a system for bridging the gap from being an unknown entity to awareness. Prospecting with results.

Webinar: Flow Through Obstacles – Managing Expectations in Unexpected Times
Apr 20 @ 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm

In a state of chaos, how can we find calm and stay connected to our directives and mission?
The mind is an incredible machine, it can build worlds from nothing, but the mind takes it’s direction from a deeper part of ourselves.
The heart actually sends more information to the mind then it receives from it. It’s the impulse from our hearts that inspires the mind to create.
This workshop will ground us in that inexhaustible source of calm, creativity and connection.

May 6 @ 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm

The COVID-19 outbreak has strongly affected businesses worldwide, restricting markets, movement of goods and forcing companies to find creative solutions to sell and ship their products. Freight Forwarders are the best allies for exporters and importers in the search for shipping alternatives as we navigate the drastic and unpredictable changes in global freight pricing and capacity. The real questions are: How to deal with those challenges without affecting my cash flow as much? How should we strategize our actions to better face the challenges and overcome this difficult time and minimize the impact? How does the future look like, are we facing a turning point on the way we do business? We will focus this discussion on the logistics options to optimize the relationship with your suppliers and customers.

National Board of Directors for the Canadian Association of Freight Forwarders (CIFFA), over 20 years of experience assisting companies in optimizing their Supply Chain strategies in Canada, Brazil and worldwide, and Professional Advisory Committee Member for Seneca College.

Webinar: Business Sustainability during times of Crisis
May 7 @ 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm

International Women’s Day, Startup Canada launched “Women Entrepreneurs Program” in partnership with the Coca Cola Foundation. In this webinar, we will discuss what it means to be “sustainable” and how we can achieve sustainability during times of crisis. COVID19 has certainly brought the term “crisis” to the top of our minds, but a crisis can come in many different forms, it may also be financial, cultural, related to competition, and so much more. We will discuss how “sustainability” in an environmental sense, can be an advantage during a crisis and can actually give you a competitive edge, and how other forms of sustainability can be equally advantageous.
